I feel this product has a misleading front label. Someone looking for lactoferrin might th I feel this product has a misleading front label. Someone looking for lactoferrin might that that s what this is. It seems like it could just be called Ironsorb+ [name of the product] Lactoferrin. What it actually is is IRON plus lactoferrin. The problem is that I routinely recommend that my patients take 1000 milligrams or more of lactoferrin. And if they buy this stuff and take enough of it to get that amount of lactoferrin (sometimes I even have people take as much as 3000 mg a day), they could really hurt themselves by overdosing on iron.
